Compact Modules

Benefits at a Glance

Compact Module CKK

CKK (ball screw drive):
  • Especially low profile thanks to centrally arranged ball screw drive
  • High positioning accuracy and repeatability due to ball screw drive with zero-clearance nut system
  • High travel speeds and high precision over long strokes thanks to ball rail systems, large screw diameters and leads, and double floating bearings
  • Easy motor attachment using locating feature and fastening threads
  • Switches can be positioned anywhere along the travel range: switch activation without cam
  • Low-cost maintenance ensured by one-point lubrication (grease) of ball rail systems and ball screw drive; lubrication points accessible from either side
  • Optimal running properties, high load capacities, and high rigidity, thanks to two integrated, zero-clearance ball rail systems
CKR (toothed belt drive):
  • Optimal running properties, high load capacities, high rigidity, thanks to two integrated, zero-clearance ball rail systems
  • High travel speeds and highly precise, smooth motion over lengths of up to 5500 mm
  • Lateral aluminum strips for gap sealing and belt guidance
  • Switches can be positioned anywhere along the travel range: switch activation without cam
