How it works
The products are supplied by a speed-control belt. An upstream grouping belt (MagicBelt) helps to group the products in synchronized coordination with the single-cycle belt (SmartBelt) and to feed them to the top loader. The products are taken from the conveyor belt with ‘smooth’ movements that are adjusted to the product’s size and weight.
The products are taken from the belt by exhausters or grabbers and then positioned precisely in the carton. The cartons are brought to loading position in pockets, for the purpose of accurate positioning. |
