How it works
One of the main features is the synchronous product drop through the filling pipe. The mostly printed film is drawn off a role with even tension using a dancer system.
By drawing the film over the forming shoulder it is shaped into a hose. Vertical sealing takes place with temperature-controlled heating elements. During subsequent horizontal sealing, the jaws run synchronous to the film during the sealing process.
